Scope of Services

Vinyl Wrap Oklahoma City provides vinyl wrap, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, window tint, and related vehicle customization services from our studio at 2600 Linda Lane, Edmond, OK 73013. Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise specified.

Quotes & Payment

All quotes are itemized and include vehicle preparation, film cost, installation labor, and applicable taxes. A 50% deposit is required to schedule installation. Final balance is due on completion before vehicle pickup. We accept cash, credit card, ACH, and Wisetack financing.

Installation Schedule

We provide estimated completion dates at vehicle drop-off. Most projects complete within the stated window; delays caused by film backorder, hidden panel damage discovered during prep, or design revisions may extend timeline. We communicate any timeline changes promptly.

Workmanship Warranty

Every vinyl wrap, PPF, and ceramic coating installation is backed by a 1-year workmanship warranty against bubbling, peeling, edge lifting, and adhesion failure caused by installation defects. The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or vehicle abuse
• Damage from automated brush car washes or improper cleaning
• Vehicle paint failures underneath the wrap or PPF
• Normal wear and tear past 12 months
• Damage from third-party modifications after our installation

Manufacturer warranties on the cast film itself (3M, Avery Dennison, XPEL, Ceramic Pro) extend separate coverage typically 3–7 years and are honored directly through the manufacturer.

Vehicle Condition

You represent that the vehicle delivered for installation is free of liens, properly insured, and presented in a condition suitable for installation. Pre-existing paint damage, body damage, or rust is documented at drop-off and may require touch-up before wrap or PPF installation. Touch-up work is quoted separately.

Vehicle Storage

We provide garage-keepers insurance coverage on vehicles while in our possession. Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of completion or storage fees of $50/day may apply.

Liability Limits

Our maximum liability for any installation issue is limited to the cost of the installation itself plus reasonable re-wrap or refund. We are not liable for consequential damages including but not limited to loss of vehicle use, rental car expenses, or lost business income.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in Oklahoma County courts.
